By accessing or using GetJobCatch (getjobcatch.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
GetJobCatch provides an automated communication tool for local service businesses. The software detects missed inbound phone calls and automatically triggers a conversational SMS response to collect basic job information on behalf of the business.
3. SMS/Text Messaging Compliance Terms
By utilizing GetJobCatch, or by interacting with a business powered by GetJobCatch, you acknowledge the following regarding SMS communications:
- Consent: Consumers opt-in to messaging by explicitly initiating an inbound phone call to the business. The automated text-back serves as a direct follow-up to that initiated contact.
- Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply "STOP" to the text message. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from that number.
- Help: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or get help directly at hello@getjobcatch.com.
- Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your inbound call activity and follow-up needs.
4. Acceptable Use
GetJobCatch is designed strictly for inbound lead recovery. You agree not to use our platform to send unsolicited outbound marketing spam, mass broadcasts, or illegal content. Violation of this rule will result in immediate account termination.
5. Limitation of Liability
GetJobCatch is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any lost revenue, lost leads, or damages resulting from missed calls, software downtime, or delayed message delivery.
